I wanted to write you and tell you about the positive experience I had with your sales rep. Alessandro Meloni. My wife had called your shop and she was passed on to Al. From the beginning he was respectful, listened to her needs and concerns, and gave her the information she needed. Sometimes women don't seem to get that kind of service form male sales reps.
I then called and talked to Al the next day and he was a pleasure to work with. I had my 2010 Yukon Denali XL paperwork started quickly and the trade in process went without a hitch. This was without a doubt the best car purchasing experience I have had and this is coming from someone that has owned 13 cars over the last 16 years.
Personally, we were sold on the GMC Denali XL anyway as it is one of the only SUV's that fit our needs being a horse family. I had called 3 other GMC dealers in addition to Transwest and hands down the reason we choose Transwest was Al. The service we were given was top notch and you should thank your lucky stars you have an employee like Al.. and no I am not a relative :) I run a small business myself and know the value of good employees and make sure and give him some "props." Thanks for writing and following-up. All is well and the truck exceeds my expectations for performance - towing, fuel mileage, horsepower, maneuvering. We drove back to Iowa and purchased a 29' pull travel trailer (approx. ,7000 lbs), and towed it back to Thornton. Averaged 22 mpg (at 65 mph) from Denver to Omaha with no trailer. Averaged 13 on the way back to Denver (at 60 mph) pulling the trailer against a head-wind most of the way. This was the obvious choice vs the duramax for our use. Very comfortable, quiet and managed the trailer with ease.

Dear Mr. Ferguson,
I am writing to express to you my sincere gratitude and my absolute loyalty I have for your dealership. I have purchased a vehicle from your store twice now. The first time I was young, single and female (obviously) and your sales staff never made me feel anything less than a quality buyer. This was my first vehicle purchase on my own and I was frustrated at the other dealers I had been to being treated as a bother and stupid buyer frankly. Your staff was so patient with me and so understanding of my trepidation of the car buying industry as a whole and really worked diligently to put my preconceived notions to rest.
Then I found myself seventeen years later in the market for another Yukon, my son totaled the one I bought from you guys originally. Again your staff was impeccable. Lilly Boldt was the sales person we dealt with. She was understanding about our financial concerns and really listened to figure out how she could best meet our needs and wants.
We wanted to run the deal a few different ways to see which scenario would suit our needs best because in a few months we would like to purchase a truck for my husband (of course from Transwest). Your staff and particularly Al had no problems with this. He ran the deal and called me the next day to let me know it got approved. There was some confusion at the table with my credit score (which is not stellar) but Al worked tirelessly to remedy the problem and make our buying experience top notch. He was upfront with me at all times and offered to stay late to give me a chance to get there after work. He is a phenomenal representative of your company.
Now our Yukon is broken down and in the capable hands of your service technician/writer Drew. This is yet another example of the caliber of people you obviously strive to employ at your store. He has been attentive and forth-right and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that once we get our vehicle back it will once again be a reliable car for my family.
I know I keep saying it over and over again but in this day and age when customer service doesn't hold any meaning and the average customer is treated like a nuisance and burden it's refreshing to see that there is a business that still understands what it means to be customer centric. To speak this way of a car dealership is unheard of and I always tell people about the phenomenal service given at your store. I feel confident that you will share this outstanding kudos with those involved with my purchase and we will certainly be back to make that truck purchase in a few months. We have had our 20m boom pump truck with your Transwest Service Department for the past week and I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail to let you know how great Johnny has been to us to get the vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. Although last week we thought you might have the truck for two weeks, it is ready to go today, a week early. Johnny has been fantastic in keeping us up to date with the status of parts and the truck being ready to go. Although I have called him a lot, he may have been sick of me! We have had a lot of drama with that vehicle since purchasing it and haven't had the best luck with service and repairs on the Western Slopes, Transwest has changed our opinion of how customers should be looked after. The reason I am contacting you is to advise you that two of your employees have gone above and beyond what I would expect from them. The guys I am referring to are Drew Merritt and Kirk (mechanic).
